EQUIPPED is a transformative Bible study, Hosted by Van & Aja Brown, created to raise up leaders who are called to impact every realm of society in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are kingdom builders—committed to advancing God's Kingdom, eradicating sin both internally and externally, and walking in the power and purity of the Holy Spirit.
Each session focuses on topic-driven Bible study, intentional prayer, and open Q&A, creating space for deep understanding, spiritual sharpening, and practical application. Equipped is more than a study—it's a call to live boldly, lead righteously, and be fully empowered for God's purposes, introduce the business’s team and what makes it special.
REMNANT RISING
Restore our true identity as Co-heirs with Christ through Healing, Repentance and Restoration:
Through intercession and deliverance, we lead people and regions into healing, breaking spiritual, emotional, and generational chains, and restoring them into alignment with God’s purposes.
Isaiah 61:1-3 (NKJV): “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me… to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives…”

Equip the Remnant to Walk as Co-Heirs with Christ:
We equip believers with the tools and spiritual understanding they need to walk confidently in their identity and authority as co-heirs with Christ, reclaiming their spiritual inheritance and dominion over territories.
Romans 8:17 (NKJV): “And if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.”
Activate the Remnant to Reclaim Spiritual Inheritance and Overthrow Strongholds:
We activate believers to rise up in their identity as co-heirs with Christ, overthrowing idols, breaking generational curses, and taking spiritual authority over the gates of their cities, thereby establishing God’s dominion.
Matthew 16:19 (NKJV): “And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
Lead Regions in Repentance and Restoration
Our ministry is founded on the biblical principle of repentance and restoration, believing that when God’s people humble themselves and pray, He will heal the land and establish His purposes.
2 Chronicles 7:14-15 (NKJV): “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”
Partner with Leaders in Every Territory
We partner with local churches, leaders, and intercessors who hold spiritual dominion over their territories, uniting to reclaim spiritual gates and to see God’s kingdom manifest in all seven realms of society.
Ephesians 4:12-13 (NKJV): “For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith…”

REMNANT RISING is mandated to restore and impart divine identity, purpose, and power to God’s glorious body: His beloved church.
Remnant Rising is a movement mandated by God, birthed from Encounter Fellowship, is a ministry that travels across the U.S. to heal, equip, and activate believers as co-heirs with Christ, empowered to reclaim their spiritual identity and authority over their lives, families, and regions.
MEET THE BROWNS
Aja and Van Brown are humble servants of the Lord whose obedience birthed a fellowship in their own home, Encounter, over three years ago. In that space, God honored their faithfulness in ways only His promises could fulfill: signs, wonders, miracles, and unfolding of the Great Commission.
From the beginning, their motivation has been obedience: to build up and equip God’s people for the work of the Kingdom. Aja and Van lead with the same servant-hearted ethos that Christ modeled; grounded, intentional, and prayerful.
Aja and Van currently live in Dallas, Texas but their influence extends beyond city lines. They serve as strategic advisors in the marketplace, bringing wise counsel and Kingdom perspective to various realms. They are also nurturing two beautiful daughters together, modeling family life centered on faith, devotion, and daily surrender to God.
Their story is defined by the humble yielding of their lives to God’s purpose, trusting Him to fulfill His promise through radical obedience and extraordinary power.
